What happens if my accountability partner doesn't complete their goal?

Each goal is independent. If you complete your goal but your partner doesn't complete theirs, you still get your stake back plus earn their stake amount. This creates mutual motivation to succeed.

How do you verify goal completion?

Goal verification depends on the type of challenge. We use photo evidence, partner verification, app integrations (like fitness trackers), document uploads, or self-reporting with partner review. You choose the verification method when creating your goal.

Can I cancel a goal after I've started?

Goals can be cancelled within 24 hours of creation for a full refund. After that, cancellation results in forfeit of your stake to maintain the integrity of the commitment system. However, goals can be modified by mutual agreement with your partner.

Is my financial information secure?

Yes, we use bank-level encryption and partner with Stripe for secure payment processing. We never store your complete payment information on our servers, and all transactions are protected by industry-standard security measures.
